Here is an obscure souvenir: humble but singular evidence of Inaugaration 2009. A hand corrected note for the weekly form prayer from the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer:
I took this scribble-amended prayer script from the podium after the service. This hasty footnote will be my scrapbook keepsake for the changing of the guard last month.
Shivers went up and down my spine when I was at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Bloomington, Illinois, and we prayed for Barack, our President, and Pat, our Governor. It's been a long time since we prayed for people who might actually listen to us.

It was nice to hear the change in my church as well. There was a genuine feeling of happiness in the congregation. We also got a new Archbishop originally from Michigan named Vigneron
Went to the Cathedral of Most Blessed Sacrement in Detroit for my Rite of Initiation and found it to be bi-lingual thanks to our Bishop, Flores. It was really cool and I could even still understand some of it.
